Kind of a silly question....

I am wondering, being that I am going to do a 4 day schedule, probably beginning in August or sept, and being that it's my first real year at filing an afadavit in our state, CA..... What do you all write on your afadavit for a 4 day schedule? Do you write September to September for a school year? Also, being that Beyond takes say, 3 hours... do you write 9-12PM or do you leave it open, like 9-5pm?

Sorry, this is kind of silly, but I am not sure what to write on mine. CA, I don't believe requires a certain amount of hours, in a day or year, but someone correct me if I am wrong. However, I do have to write on it the hours that we do school, and the months that we do school. And, since we are going at our own pace, I am just not sure. Maybe some other Cali friends can help.

I don't have the answer, but I'm also interested in what people have to share b/c I'm schooling in NY where we need to report days AND hours.

In AR, we aren't required to track hours/days either, but have to fill in how many months, weeks, days, and then hours per day (no one checks it though). My answer is always the same, since I count non-book hours as learning time as well....(laundry, dishes, chores = life skills )

August to August, 34-36 weeks, approx. 180 days, 4-6 hours per day with breaks as needed or desired throughout the year.
