How many days in HFHTT?

Post by moedertje » Wed Feb 18, 2009 12:49 pm

I don't know if this question has already been asked, but I was curious to know if HFHTT is written for 4 or 5 days a week like PHFHG?

I can't guarantee that I know what I'm talking about :? ...but I think the remainder of the guides will be set up as 4-day weeks. I'm sure Carrie will be along to clarify for you.

I am hoping that it's the plan! I would love to do 4 days, but I don't much like the idea of doing a unit in 2 weeks. I like the 5 days per unit to be in 1 week (that's just my personal preference and it's a bit much to cram it all in 4 days at this point).
