Writing and the New Ancients...

In looking at samples of Preparing I can see that Narration and Dication are worked into the subjects each week. I am wondering if in the New Ancients Cycle any formal writing programs are planned to go along with the corresponding History Cycles. I have found on the IEW website that they have themed writing programs which go along nicely with Fables, Myths, Greek and even Ancient and Medieval History... as well as US History. Will there be any actual programs suggested, or will it be more of from reading pages 35-42 of 'XYZ' Spine, do a two paragraph narration? Also, will outlining be taught?
Thanks!

Here's a recent thread that should help.
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2777 If you scroll down to Carrie's post, she answers your question. You're always free to do your own thing for writing, too. (But, I know personally, I'm loving ALL of Carrie's reccomendations! And, it makes it so easy to have the whole package at my fingertips.

Hello Butterfly! I think Kathleen's post along with the link she provided answers your question very well. Thanks for doing that Kathleen!!!
I did respond about writing in another one of your earlier posts now. Sorry it took a bit to respond - my dc have the stomach flu - please PRAY for us that my dh and I don't get it too!

I cannot imagine that on top of the boys being sick. Anyway, I'll keep checking if you need anything more!

Have a great Sunday!
In Christ,
Julie
