Everything I'd need for the first nine weeks of Preparing...

We are having a change of direction here and I am looking at starting Preparing with my soon-to-be eleven year old....I saw the list for the basics (Economy package, Science add-on, and the basic package) that were required for the first nine weeks, but it didn't list the extras...things from the Deluxe Package and the Extension package that are used those weeks....could someone give me list of EVERYTHING I would need? Thanks so much!!!

Extension Package (first 9 weeks):

Usborne Internet-Linked Ancient World Encyclopedia by Fiona Chandler
