I have been reading through this book, and I just have to say---Julie, please stop making me cry!
Seriously, I am not a crier by nature, but the Lord has spoken to me about something every single day this week to the point that it made me teary. I just wanted to say thank you for writing this sweet, funny, touching, relevant devotional.

Ladies,
I couldn't agree more! We have had so many positive comments from moms who are thoroughly enjoying their quiet time through "God's Hand in Life's Little Moments". It is such a blessing to us to know that moms are drawing closer to the Lord through my sister's heartfelt devotions. She has the creative writing talent that I was not gifted with, and so I am in awe of it!
We're currently reprinting God's Hand in Life's Little Moments to be able to once again give it away as a free gift with purchases over a certain amount. We're encouraging my sister in the writing of a new devotional as well that we'll be able to include as a free gift in another couple of years.
I'm so glad it blessed you ladies!
Blessings,
Carrie

Mamas4bugs - Bring on the tissues - we'll sniffle together, o.k.? I'm an emotional gal, you know.

Seriously, though I am honored that GHILLM is touching you in a personal way. Praise be to God - that was the hope in my writing it. Thank you for your kind words here!
Georgette - I'm so glad you are enjoying it as well! I am in the process of writing a second devotional now... albeit s-l-o-w-l-y as I am doing it as time allows.
I think the Lord is providing needed encouragement here from you 2, and from my wonderful sis' as well! I have prayed about writing another devotional for years, and have felt God has answered my prayers now by providing a new way for me to go about doing it (financially and timewise).
Thanks so much - I feel refueled and replenished now! May the Lord continue to speak to your hearts!
In Christ,
Julie
P.S. Water2wine - your encouragement has been a big part of me choosing to do this as well!!! Thanks for your message planting seeds months ago.
P.S.S. Darci - you know I appreciate what you've said so much as well - due to our private messages - but I'll put it here too. Thanks for the encouragement! It has come at an ideal time.

Oh Ashley, thanks so much! I completely get not doing it every single day - in fact, that's why I wanted to do a Day 1, Day 2, etc. for that very reason. I once tried to do a 365 day devotional that had every day labeled each day. It was Nov., and I was on Sept. - I felt terrible about it and kept trying to make up time, doubling up and power reading each day, to try to finish it by the end of Dec. NOT the kind of quiet time God wants from me, I'm sure!

I didn't want my devotional to cause moms to feel that way. Thanks for your kind words!
In Christ,
Julie
