first day general help

hey everyone!! We are getting ready to "officially" start the new year this week. I am wanting to do something special for the kids with taking their picture and having them do a fun biography page that they can fill out, color, whatever. can even be a small booklet thing.
Problem is, I am having a hard time finding one. I have tried googling and going thru some message boards, but no luck.
Do any of you have ones that you like that can point me in a certain direction??
