I am just getting started with my 3.5 year old with LHTH. I love that you can pick it up at anytime of the year to start it. However, I am a Holiday nut :D and would like to do some seasonal and holiday activities with my kids that will give them a historical and spiritual perspective. Does HOD have anything like that or does anyone have any suggestions????

There are many sites online that have free worksheets, lesson plans, or coloring sheets for the holidays. You may try http://www.donnayoung.org -not sure if she has holiday-type stuff, but there are notebook pages, lined paper, etc. Also, http://www.notebookingpages.com has a lot of free pages. Just do a search for free holiday curriculum and I'm sure you'll find lots of good stuff. I have some free things that a friend of mine (used to be a teacher) gave me when I started homeschooling. We're planning to utilize some of those things during the Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays for extra fun. :)
