Oh, I love your daughter’s watercolor painting! That turned out so well! Her painting is lovely, and so is her writing! That is a keeper!

The Egyptian honey bread was such a hit at our house that the recipe is copied down and hanging inside one of our kitchen cupboards still to this day (and my last son made it back in 2007)! I am not sure which son began hanging the favorite HOD recipes in our cupboard first, but many recipes have been added through the years. Funnily enough, one of the recipes is the ‘hard tack’ for sailors’ recipe! Apparently one of our sons loves salty, extremely hard, hard tack. Go figure!

Anyway, your little gal’s work is so neat and her smile is just pure sunshine! Thank you for sharing these pictures! Give your dd an HOD hug and tell her to keep up the good work!!!
