Pictures of George Washington hat LHFHG

I have tried searching and cant find a picture of the art activity in Little Hearts, Unit 27 Day 4. It is an open top triangle hat and I just can't figure out how to make it! Does anyone have a picture? I did come up with this week in review but the picture for the hat isn't working.
