Rod & Staff English Teacher's Manuals

Hello! I'm wondering if the teacher's manuals are absolutely necessary to order with the student textbooks for R & S English 3 & 4? I'm trying to economize my order a little bit. TIA for any help on this issue!

You can probably survive without it in Level 3 if you have a good grammar backgrounds. But by Level 4, having the answers is very helpful. The oral review is also very beneficial for your kids.
Maybe check locally to see if anyone has it for sale used? Rod and Staff is the only item I haven't bought from HOD because I have always been able to find both books in good condition used locally.
