What is the first lesson used in this book? The description says that about half the book is used, but it would be helpful to know which lesson is the first used. Thank you.

In the beginning she jumps around a bit to pick up a few things such as Darwin, some things with Canada, the Wright brothers etc that are earlier in MOH, but aren't discussed in America Last Best Hope vol 1 or 2, so it's hard to say what the first lesson is. It gets more consistent once you get to page 275.
