Praises for HOD

My oldest son is in 10th grade doing the World History manual. He has done HOD since 1st grade, Beyond. Writing has been a struggle for him, he's a boy! He had to write an essay for Health about Psalm 139:13. Here it is...
Psalm 139:13 For you formed my inward parts: you covered me in my mothers womb.
In this verse we see David praising God for creating him. He describes ow God formed him, created him and even knew him; before he was born. You could almost say that even before David was born, God was preparing a path for him to become kind. He was intially setting a path before him to become one of the greatest kings Israel eve had, and one of the most godly men, ever to walk the earth.
David continues on saying he is fearfully and wonderfully made; what could this mean? Perhaps he is saying by fearful that he lives in awe of his great creator, who as we just saw created him. Or maybe he is referring to his great respect for God and all His power. Next he says he is wonderfully made, by this he means he knows he is created by God, and all things created by God are wonderful. In this verse David shows us his true love and respect for God.
David's psalm to God should serve as a message to us all; that even before we are born God has a plan for us greater than we could ever imagine.
I am soooo thankful, grateful and impressed with the results of the plans from HOD that has guided my son to pen this essay. I know its not perfect but we are floored with his success. Thanks Carrie for all your hard work and time devoted to picking excellent books and planning activities that stretch our children.
