Does anyone know if sign language can count for a second language?

It depends on the college. Most do not accept it as a foreign language, but some will.

dd 22 college graduate and employed as an Intervention Specialist
ds 18 US2, Loved Preparing, CTC , RTR , Rev to Rev, MTMM ,WG, WH and US1

Here in Georgia, ASL is accepted and counts for your foreign language requirements. Check your states university system requirements along with any individual schools you are interested in.
