What to call MTMM history on High school transcript?

What to call MTMM history on High school transcript?

For those who have used MTMM for high school, what did you call the history course on you transcript?

I didn't use it for high school, but I think some of it depends on what other guides your highschooler is going to complete. You could call it modern American History, but that doesn't quite capture it because it includes World History also. You could call it Modern World History if you aren't going to do the High School World History guide.
