4-day week?

I read somewhere that HOD is meant to be done 4 days per week. Is that true?

The younger guides are 5 days a week (Little hearts, Beyond & Bigger) until you reach the Preparing guide, then it goes down to 4 days!

That 5th day is usually used to finish up what they may not have finished in the week or for a co-op day.
