MTMM Science Questions

We are doing things a little out of order. This past year, which we just finished, we did CTC with Rev to Rev science. This year we are doing Res to Ref with MTMM science.

Would someone please help me understand how MTMM Science works? Specifically, I'm used to the student notebook pages that Rev to Rev science had, but I don't see any for MTMM science. Do the students do any writing or is it just conducting experiments with no written work? I feel like my kids retain more if they are doing and recording, so to speak. Also, I will have two students doing MTMM science. Is there anything I need to purchase two of?

We aren't there yet, but I shears find looking at the first week of the guide very helpful. http://www.heartofdakota.com/pdf/MTMM-first-week-1.pdf
If you look at the science box, it has them writing each day for the first week. I assume this continues for the rest of the guide.
