What credits to include with WG?

Good afternoon,
My son has completed his high school science out of sequence and ahead of schedule . So far he has completed high school credits:
Physical Science-EE advanced 1 credit
Chemistry-AH 1 Discovering Design with Chemistry for 1 credit
Algebra 1with Math U See 1 credit
MTMM and Rev2Rev history-1 credit.
Spanish from WG-1/2 credit

My plan is to use WG guide for (Bible, Geography, World Religion, LA)
WH guide for Biology (with labs) and Spanish
MTMM guide for Evolution and DNA.

My dilemma is whether to add Health and Logics or just logics or just Health? What would my son miss by waiting on logics until WH? Would his writing or questions answered in history or LA be hindered by not having logics until later in WH? Would the Health be too advanced for my 9th grader? Although he has completed his science with an advanced sequence, his writing, LA and other critical thinking are not as advanced.

He is doing ok with the Spanish, but I am concerned the pace will pick up in WH Spanish. What has your experience been with WH Spanish?

Thank you for helping me plan for my son's 9th grade year.

I am still wondering what to include with 9th grade. After looking over the health plans I wonder if my son has enough skills in writing to complete the 3-5 paragraph essays that are required on some tests. I assume that they get paragraph writing instruction in Essentials in Writing. Since he hasn't done this yet will he be able to. The reason he has not done the complete high school guide is that his writing is not high school level, nor is his interest in writing. Is Health too much to add to WG?

There is paragraph and essay instruction in EIW. Can he write the 3 paragraph written narrations that are required in the lower guides? If he can do those then he might be able to do the essay questions on the health test. Carrie has them pick one of the questions, she doesn't have them do both. The information is all in the book so it is similar to a written narration in that he putting information for the reading into the essay. Looking at your plan where you are adding the Evolution and DNA to the Biology study then I think it could be overload to add Health. I think I would just wait. There is a lot of writing in the WG guide and if that is something he struggle with I would use this year to really get him up to speed in that area and do the health next year.

Would Logics course be better in WH guide if I do Biology and Health in WG guide? I don't want to schedule too much in a year.

If you're already switching everything around, I"d probably keep Health with Biology from the WH guide and do logic the next year in place of health. I don't think it'd mess anything up and it'd keep the work load the same, just swapping a half credit for a half credit.
