Using first grade package with LHFHG

I read that there is a schedule for using first grade materials in the appendix. Are there questions/key ideas back there also? THat's one thing I love about these guides is that the boxes contain more than just "read this." This mama needs all the help she can get
So I am hoping that the appendix has the same sort of help as the boxes do in the main guide pages.

The difference between using LHFHG for 1st vs using it for K is really the math and fine motor skills. The history, rhyme, storytime, and Bible don't change. There is a 1st grade science book but that only changes the reading ) and personally I find the K book lines up better and is fine for 1st graders). The other activities related to history (art, thinking games, and dramatic plays) don't change either.
And for fine motor skills/handwriting, the suggested pages are listed for both K and 1st grade in the normal guide pages. It is the math and the science book reading that are in the alternative.

Thank you for the quick reply!
I do see the Thinking Skills (McGraw) scheduled in the Fine Motors box for Grade 1. Where are the other two R&S books for Grade 1 scheduled? In the appendix?
