MMTM timeframe

I would appreciate if anyone could direct me to a thread, or give me the times assigned for each box in MMTM. My kiddo needs help with time management. I think our day is going way longer than necessary.

Missions to Modern Marvels Times:
Learning Through History Learning the Basics
Reading about History 30 minutes*
Bible Quiet Time 30-35 minutes*
Storytime 15-20 minutes
Nature Journal/Poetry 40 minutes
History Project 20 minutes
DITHOR 40 minutes
Timeline/Worthy Words 20 minutes
R&S English 20-25 minutes
Independent History Study 15-20 minutes*
Writing 20 minutes
President Study (or State) 20-25 minutes*
Dictation 5minutes
State Study (or President) 30 minutes
Biblical Self Image 20-25 minutes
Math 30-45 minutes
Science 20-30 minutes*, **
Using longest times 5 hours 40 minutes.
* Independent work ** 40 minutes on day 4
I found this schedule someplace else and have copied and pasted it here for you. I have not completed MTMM but I think a few of the items listed are done in rotating boxes.
