Hi Everyone!
Just curious how all of you save/store/protect your child's completed work.
We will begin our school year soon and I would like to have a way to neatly save my daughter's work (especially the art/bible crafts), so that she can "show off" her work to Daddy or others. I also plan to keep all of her completed projects etc. so, I am looking for ideas that would keep everything in good shape for years to come.
I know all of you "Olives" will have some ideas

and being a "Betty", I could use some direction!
Candice

Depending on the size of the project, you could put it into 8x11" page protectors and store in a 3 ring binder. Or get a 12x12 scrapbook album to put stuff in if they are larger.

For those bargain shoppers, I just found those page protectors for $1 at the Dollar Tree. It was a package of 20! My daughter did her artwork with page protectors and binder last year. It's become a memorable keepsake.

Hi Candice,
This is your Betty speaking so it may not be what your looking for! I keep NOTHING! But I photograph everything and at the end of the year I put together a shutterfly album. It allows me to journal and put all the pictures of all the projects in there. With four children and after 11 years of homeschooling, not to mention living in a 1200 square foot home I just could not keep up.
HTH,
Mary

I am doing the binder and page protector method. Here are some pics. The only problem I have found is that I have had to trim down some of the pages to fit the protectors. But otherwise I love it!!

Oh these are all great ideas, thank you!
I think I will do a binder and cover the papers in the page protectors (thanks Jessi for the wonderful photo examples!) and also invest in a 12X12 album for bigger projects (thanks holyhart, I would not have thought of that!). Now if I can hunt down a dollar store around here (thank you ksjk3!) for the great bargain on page protectors. Mary, I am going to copy your idea as well and have it as my "back up method" just in case, what a great idea!!!! Thanks!
Candice
