Did you all use the 3x5 or 4x6 cards? Put them on a ring? What worked best for your child?

I bought plastic page protector things on amazon that 4 3x5 cards could fit into. We start in a couple of weeks so I will see how this works out. But as I mentioned under the science topic of yours, I like having a binder and I can keep these in the binder as well. But this is just me. I don't know that anyone else does this though
