Materials needed for weeks 1-3 in Res to Ref?

I was wondering what I needed to start off with for the first 3 weeks in Res to Ref (we are doing our own LA & math programs). I made a list from the week 1 sample pages below (except from the LA & Math boxes). Someone who has the guidebook, are there additional materials needed for weeks 2 & 3?
My husband's work had a new contract coming up which means that they might go on strike at the beginning of Aug (for who knows how long....) so I have to wait to find out if they are or are not going on strike before I get all my daughter's materials. <sigh>
Anyway, we will be starting off the two weeks (or longer if necessary) of Aug with doing only LA (grammar, writing, DITHOR) & math so that she can get into a routine with those first. I have never done DITHOR with her due to her comprehension problems, so I will start off doing level 2/3 with that level book. Also she has not done much writing so that will be a challenge for her as well.
I hope to order the first 3 weeks of materials as soon as we find out that they are not going on strike or when they are going back to work (ordering the economy package will not save us anything as we already the Mystery of History book and the What in the World CD; we also have Exploring Creation with Astronomy, Exploring Planet Earth, and Our weather and Water from the Science section).
Res to Ref Guidebook
Res to Ref Student Notebook
Peril and Peace
Forbidden Gates
What in the World Vol 2
World History Atlas
Hidden Treasures in Philippians
Philippians 1 CD
Beautiful Girlhood
The Companion Guide to Beautiful Girlhood
Looking at Pictures
Exploring Creation with Astronomy
Tales from Shakespeare
Shakespeare Student Notebook
Thanks!!
