Is the Self Study Deluxe Package for the Newly Independent Reader scheduled into the Preparing Guide? Do I also need DITHOR with readers in addition to this? Thank you! 
Yes, the self study is what is used in the independent history box. They are history books. DITHOR is a literature study, so you would do that on top of the deluxe page (or something else for literature). You can see how the books are used, etc, which I find very helpful.
