I am so impressed with Write With the Best! Learning to write can be such an intimidating process. I admit, I was scared to begin with my kids...one with dysgraphia. But the steps are so incremental and one assignment flows naturally from the previous one that it is just SO easy!! Thank you for choosing this program so thoughtfully!

I'm enjoying it also. We are behind and I'm NOT trying to catch up in the day by doing extra. That is killing me, but we are just plugging through doing one day at a time. I guess it's a little extra since we will do it on days not scheduled if the other things that day are "light" or we have no place to go. I had written a post on "just a little more takes a lot of time" so I'm working on that. :)

Oh thank you for sharing that! I have been super impressed with every recommended book of HOD. I might never heard about The Reading Lesson and it has been so wonderful! My son reads wonderfully and my daughter can't wait to do her lesson each day! And Cheerful Cursive gets rave reviews from my son. He LOVES it. And Rod & Staff grammar and Singapore math... On and on, we have been so pleased. Looking forward to Write with the Best!

Shannon - I am so glad to read this! WWTB IS awesome! :D :D :D It was a challenging writing program for my sons, but by the end of it, they really became better writers! I am so happy you are enjoying it.

In Christ,
Julie

I echo this! My DD is using it and she "hates" writing but she likes WWTB because it make the steps easy and part of it is thinking about the writing, not just writing.

Her first paragraph for the first assignment wasn't that impressive in my opinion, but it was a start and I am looking forward to what she will learn throughout this book!
