Hi,
I have been using this, it approaches things a bit different w/ consonant/vowel but..I was just wondering if I should stick w/ PP or try one of the recommended programs from this website?
Thanks!

i used this when i was remedial teaching my older son (who was 12-ish at the time)
it's a good program, but i wouldn't use it as a stand alone, learn to read type thing...it's great as a supplemental tool

Hmmm...I was thinking of using this to help with my "phonics/reading dilema".
Barbara, do you think it would work to use this paired with the emergent readers scheduled in Beyond? Did you find there was much missing from the book?
Thanks, Melanie

BTW, I really enjoyed reading your blog!

i'll say this one other thing on Phonics Pathways, my son that i was using it with remedially, he almost couldn't read (he has some ADD issues and was NOT taught reading well) it really helped him to break the words down and READ better...now, does he ENJOY reading? nope, never did
but at least after going through that book i was assured that he COULD
