Little Hearts math schedule

Ladies,
I am prepping Little Hearts for my youngest.
My LH guide is pristine and contains copyright dates of 2004, 2007 and 2011. The math texts referenced in my guide are the Earlybird 2A and 2B so I must have purchased my guide before the math change. Is there a PDF containing the correct page numbers for the newer K math texts? I cannot find them on the updates page and would love to use the guide I have with my last K'er.
