Little Hearts math schedule

Ladies,

I am prepping Little Hearts for my youngest. :) My LH guide is pristine and contains copyright dates of 2004, 2007 and 2011. The math texts referenced in my guide are the Earlybird 2A and 2B so I must have purchased my guide before the math change. Is there a PDF containing the correct page numbers for the newer K math texts? I cannot find them on the updates page and would love to use the guide I have with my last K'er.
