Cat of Bubastes map? (CTC Ext)

Does anyone know of a map that would outline an approximate route(s) of the journey(s) taken in the Cat of Bubastes? I know it's likely possible to figure something out but I don't have time to re-listen and cross-reference with older maps to find where he might have been talking about. A Google search has proven fruitless (though it could be my poor search skills). I'd really like to know myself where they went, never mind giving DS the geographical reference. He's just at the point where they've left their hiding place to set out for Amuba's homeland (ch 16) so it would be perfect timing to pull out a map. . .
