I'm also stunned at the difference a summer has made with regard to his reading. We didn't do (ahem) any school this summer but he is doing things with greater skill now. I guess it's just that brain maturity.

First week with Beyond
Carrie I just wanted to comment and say we just finished our first week of Beyond and we love it! I am so thankful we have found HOD. The transition to LHFHG K from preschool was... Difficult for my lefty boy who didn't want to do handwriting. But the transition from LHFHG to BLHFHG has been SO smooth, it is truly wonderful. Best of all my. 6 yo loves school. What an answer to prayer.
