I was looking at the art supplies needed for CTC, and I'm uncertain which paints I should purchase. What did you use and what would you recommend? Thanks!

We used these paints: http://www.millerpadsandpaper.com/Jacks ... s-3489.htm and used paper similar to this: http://www.millerpadsandpaper.com/9X12- ... d-4559.htm I did get mine from Miller Pads and Paper when they were at our convention. I'm sure that Hobby Lobby and Michaels probably carry really good supplies too and if you look online, they usually have a 40% off one item coupon that might help make it more cost effective. :)

I ordered mine for United Art http://www.unitednow.com/product/298/ri ... x?item=999. I really like them.

I got brushes for my daughter at Hobby Lobby. But then got myself some cheaper brushes from Michael's for myself (I am doing them too at the same time to help her with her technique). Michael's currently has a ton of paint brushes on sale and I got my brushes dirt cheap. I got the Canson 11 x 15 paper from Hobby Lobby but Michaels also sells it. And I got a portfolio from Hobby Lobby made for 11 x 17.
