Recommended HOD Bible Study and/or Devotional

I am hoping someone who has used some of the upper guides could provide me with a recommendation on a Bible Study and/or devotional they used from one of the middle school or high school guides that they really like.

Before we moved in the fall, we attended a Bible Study during the day on Wednesdays, and both of my girls had their own class and lessons while I was able to benefit from my own Bible Study. I love Heart of Dakota's picks for everything I've seen so far, so I was looking to use one of the ones picked in a future guide for myself to grow my own faith and knowledge of the Bible NOW instead of waiting for my kids to go through that study years from now.

I'm definitely interested in Stepping Heavenward, but that looks like it will be more of a short devotional, so I'd love a more in depth Bible Study to go along with it.

Any suggestions?

And, Carrie, I am very much looking forward to learning alongside my kids using HOD! I would have loved for my own education to have been so rich! You have done an amazing job writing these guides! I pray that God will sustain us to complete them all through high school.

I was going to suggest "Stepping Heavenward!" It changed my life the first time I read, as well as the second time. I would suggest reading it and annotating as you go in the margins. I think you will see such growth! Carrie bought it for me, my other sister, and my mother many years back, and we all loved it! We are all different ages in different stages in life, and still we all felt we grew so much from having read it. We didn't do it together or at the same time, but we've had good conversations about it later through the years. That would be my recommendation! :D

In Christ,
Julie

Wow, Julie! I will have to check it out too. It will be years if I wait to read it with my daughter.

Julie also has a devotional for sale on the homepage of the hod website.
