Any suggestions on how to do Building with diligence at half speed?
We are coming from Abeka 3 and I want to be slow steady and solid.

Do the Oral practice on one day, the written practice the next. (They are two different sections of similar problems in the textbook.) I would still do all or nearly all orally, but that's a natural way to divide it. I do like to buy the worksheets (they're only a few dollars), so if you get those that would give you some options for stretching it out too. Not every lesson will have a worksheet, but many do.
