Combining question
Combining question
What is the average age range for combining kids? Is 2 years too much of an age gap? My original plan was to do Beyond with my 6yo and Little Hands with my 4yo. Now I'm thinking of just going in the middle and doing Little Hearts with both of them. I would do separate math and phonics, but the history, science, Bible, music and art I could just combine. What do you think? TIA

I think 2 years can work usually pretty easily depending on their actual skill level. Three sometimes gets tricky but I think could be done with the older programs easier. However I am now doing what you are asking about with a 4 and a 6 year old using LHFHG and it is working perfectly for us.
There is a lot of flexibility in that program so as long as your four year old fits well on the chart I think you are fine. My girls are having so much fun doing LHFHG together!

2 years is a great age range for combining kiddos. As long as your kiddos place into LHFHG on the placement chart, you'll be fine. Here's the link to the chart:
