I have made a spreadsheet for each of my children. It lists each subject from their guide for a week (set up like a calendar would be.) When we/they are done with a subject, we write the unit & day (such as 18-2) in the box. That way I can keep track of which subject is in which unit. We definitely have subjects that are further along than others. I can also see exactly what we did each day with a quick glance if anyone ever questions me. HTH!
