One more reason to love HOD!

I just wanted to post a huge thank you to Julie! HOD goes above and beyond with customer service! My daughter was struggling with her math to the point of tears. I was ready to give up on Singapore and try something else. In desperation I called Heart of Dakota and got to speak to Julie personally. She spent a long time on the phone with me asking me specific questions about my daughter her learning style and her needs. She recommended that we stick to doing math grammar and language and dictation all in a total of 1 hour of time. And doing math all out loud on the whiteboard together for 30 minutes. My daughter is auditory and I had not been able to figure out how to get over that road block with her in math. We started using the whiteboard and doing everything out loud last week and it was like night and day! Just what she needed to do and she is now no longer upset about doing math each week. We are excited to have started a new guide this month and are so thankful that the Lord led us to Heart of Dakota! You won't find customer service like that and other curriculums. Thank you again Julie you are so wonderful!

I agree! You can't beat the customer service. They do really care about their customers as individuals.

Thank you so much, doubleportion! I am humbled by your kind words here. I am so glad your dd is doing better with her math, and that the whiteboard is helping. I thoroughly enjoyed my talk with you as well, and felt blessed by our conversation. The Lord knows just what we each need, doesn't He? He brings just the right person to us to say just the right thing, and that peace that passes all understanding comes like a fresh rain. Thank you for your kind words about my Dad during our conversation as well. You were a blessing to me too!
