I just wanted you to know that this unit 12 in RTR was truly inspired & orchestrated by God. My Mom always made noodles at Thanksgiving, but she is in Heaven since February 17. I was wondering if or how I was going to make the noodles. Looking ahead to next weeks project are the directions to make the same noodles. I feel so blessed by the timing as the next week is Thanksgiving. We will have my Mom's noodles. They will be a wonderful reminder of her, and though we miss her we are thankful she is in Heaven with Jesus. She was suffering to breathe, and now she is singing! Thank you! Blessings this Thanksgiving!

Tammy - thank you for your steady faith in the Lord here! God has blessed me with your words here tonight. I am needing examples right now of how to think about and deal with my Dad's failing health and all the changes ahead for my family and especially for my mom. This was good to read. Finding the Lord's goodness and guidance in times of change such as these as we are saying goodbye to a loved one is fuel for the body and soul. We will find ways to keep old traditions and make new ones, won't we? And, we will be comforted by our parents whom we loved so much singing with the angels with perfect - completely perfect - bodies, doing what they were born to do - worshipping the King!
