Rev to Rev - need help with Map Trek

Post by little1stwo » Fri Nov 08, 2013 9:32 am

Hi,

We are on Unit 7 and I tried to find the map that says pg. 48-49 on the Map Trek CD.

Map Trek 3 pdf goes from p.62 -110 and
Map Trek 4 pdf goes from p. 2-28

Am I missing something or just not in the right spot?

I hope someone can help me.

Thank you!

Lynn

I am trying to remember how this works. I think it may be that the pages on the top where it tells you what page you are on don't correspond to the page numbers on the actual page and the pages you are looking for are the ones on the actual page. I think I first got my bearings by looking up the title of the map on the table of contents on the Map Trek CD and then once I found the first map it was easy to find the rest.

LynnH is right - the pages at the top toolbar are not a match, as Map Trek made a special CD for HOD with just the maps needed in the order they are needed, and these are not the same as the original Map Trek CD's. Map Trek did not redo the top toolbar links to match the new compilation. No need to worry though - it's still easy for us moms to use once you do it. All you have to do is open the maps section, and look at the page numbers on the bottom of the maps. They match the HOD plans and are in sequential order. I believe there are only 3 big sections of maps to open (not sure as I did this a few years back), but each section goes in numerical order of the plans from least to greatest, so once you know the start number, it's easy to find what you need. Actually, another option we enjoyed was just to print all of the maps at the start of the year. HTH and glad you asked!
