New Homeschooler

Post by 3greatkids » Sun Oct 13, 2013 12:49 pm

I would like to thank the Austin's for their devotion to homeschool families. After 3 years in ps, we chose to bring our kids home this year. We knew it would be hard as I was helping provide care to my mother who had been ill with cancer for 7 years. She passed last week but HOD gave us the confidence to school the kids and care for mom without worrying about whether we were meeting age-appropriate academic goals. The faith portion of the curriculum has also helped them cope with this extraordinary loss. Thank you!
