Our daily schedule is chocked full until 3:30. I am covering 3 guides and DITHOR with my 4 kids (11, 10, 8, and 5). I want them to study Latin. But how can I possibly THINK of adding something?? It is virtually impossible to get it all done as it is without killing myself!

I added in Greek this summer.
Honestly, I'm not adding it in like I want to be.... we've only done the written work twice.. but they are learning! Ours came with a cd, and while we were on vacation last week we listened to it fully a couple of times, and then the alphabet song about 10 times, 2-3 times each day.
Ultimately, I'd like to do the written work twice a week at this point, but I don't see that happening for another couple of weeks.

With your schedule being as full as it is I would suggest getting a cd/dvd to listen to/watch, and saving any book work/flashcard for later, after you get into a routine and find a place to put it in your schedule.
That is what we do with Spanish. My children beg to learn it, (I speak it a little), but I don't have time to teach it right now. Basically I am familiarizing them with it, so when I do teach it . . .

We do Song School Latin and LOVE it. Has a workbook that comes with a CD. My children love the songs and have retained their Latin words well. We do 1 lesson per week (fridays) and I put on the CD another time during the week to reinforce. Easy peasy. The first year has a DVd set but I don't think they made DVDs for year 2 yet.

We do Spanish right after lunch and recess between seat work and read alouds. I do not do a worksheet program and we don't spend a ton of time. Mondays we do a new Spanish lesson, Tuesdays we watch a free Spanish video online and review some of the words/phrases, Wednesday we do another lesson, and Thursday we review the weeks lessons and previous lessons. This is mainly with my older two but the younger like to watch the videos and sometimes listen into our lessons.

Just starting to teach Spanish as my son starts Preparing. Planning to teach a short lesson once a week and review briefly every day. This is just a fun into to Spanish--we'll get serious later!

I don't know what others use but, we are using songs and storybooks from the library while we are waiting on our Song School Spanish.
We were real impressed with that, because it is set for younger ages and seems to involve real immersion tactics.
Can't wait to see what others say!

We do song school Latin and really enjoy it. Right now we're almost into Latin for Children for my 4th grader, so he does it with the Dvd at the end of the day with headphones on while the little ones rest. I also have 3 guides to make it through. We start at 8:30 and end at 1:30 with 1/2 hr recess in the middle. He does Latin after lunch and afternoon chores at 2:30.
