My three middle boys are 6.5, 7.5, and 9. We just started Bigger this week. So far, they have these things to say about doing school.

9yo- "I really thought I would hate learning cursive. It looks so hard and boring. But this is really fun!! That must be why they call it 'Cheerful Cursive'."

7.5- "I love doing school this year! All these new books are really cool!"

This is our first year doing formal Grammar. Last year was tough due to a high risk pregnancy, so I skipped the grammar lessons that were written in Beyond. I was really worried about adding English. Every day this week, when I pull out the Englisg book, it's met with positive feedback by all.

6.5- "I love English!" And "Yay! Time for English! We get to write a sentence!"

Also, my oldest recently asked why every kid he talked to hated history. I told him that he might hate history too, if he was taught the way those kids were. Thanks HOD for making him a huge history buff!!!

LOL I love it! I got a high five from my 10 yr old today because he got to read about Harriet Tubam and the Underground railroad. "Got" Like it was a privilege! Like I I'd said we were going to the water park or something lol.
