We'll be using Little Hearts with the 1st grade options for our DS 6. Just wondering what people's opinions are on the science books. The science activities in Little Hearts go with The World God Made, so I thought it would be nice to have those matching up. However, I know that Our Father's World is the 1st grade science text. Thoughts? Has anyone used The World God Made with a 1st grader? Thanks.

Yes, we used The World God Made this year with my Pre-k and 1st grader. I had read that the K science text matches up a bit better with the scheduled activities than the 1st grade text. It was simple, but fine. For my kids, the real learning took place through the science activities Carrie scheduled. HTH.
