Yes,it's covered in Singapore math earlybird and again in 1a/b.

We are working on this right now in unit 28 of LHFHG. My little man told me, as he spontaneously does, a math fact this morning: "when the hands of a clock are pointing to 3 and 6, that means it is 3:30". So sweet. I love how he is excited about school and tells me about it during the day when he is playing.
