Hi Everyone,
My 5 year old daughter and I used LHTH two years ago and will now be using LHFHG for first grade. How do you use the science text (Our Father's World)? I know there already prepared science activities but I was wondering, do you read off from the text? Do the activities there? Or just use it as a resource in case the child has questions?
Also, do you take most loved books needed in the curriculum "out of circulation" in preparation for the next child? If yes, when? I have another daughter who is 3 and we are starting LHTH. Should I hide Reddy Fox after reading it to her big sister so she gets the full experience when it's her turn two years from now?
Thanks.
Christine
