Does anyone have a list of the reading schedule for "Boys and Girls of Colonial Days" for a 1990 Copyright version?

My version is not the one used in the manual. The page numbers actually did match up for the first couple of chapters and then went way off. I just look at the key idea in order to figure out which chapter it was supposed to be (for example, Betsy Ross was in the key idea, so the chapter was "Star Lady") and then read half the chapter one day and half the next day.
