Hi, I have ordered MTMM, Bigger w/ extensions, and LHFHG for next year. My kids will be 8th, 4th, and K. We used HOD for K and 4th a few years ago. It was our favorite year, so I am not sure what took me so long to come back. We usually just piece together things each year. My middle child has severe dyslexia and just started reading a year ago in January, but he is almost up to grade level already. I have always separated my boys for curriculum, so I am not worried about doing 3 guides. I am a newly single mom, and I also am in nursing school. I am really looking forward to having all my plans drawn out for me next year.

Welcome! I'm glad you've come back to HOD

Welcome to the HOD Board, AlexisMomof3! I am currently doing MTMM, CTC half-speed, and LHFHG, and we are really enjoying our school year! I try to post pics and tidbits about our week on the HOD Weekly Check-in, though I was gone the last week and didn't get one posted. We have loved HOD for many years, and teaching multiple guides (even with me working part-time) has been very manageable. It was nice to hear you are not worried about that - you are right - you don't have to worry. HOD plans for moms to be able to teach multiple guides. In case you are interested, here's a copy of our current schedule...
