DITHOR Publication Dates?

I have a copy of the DITHOR, copyright 2004. It doesn't have the Cathy Duffy apple on the front, and just wanted to double check whether or not there have been any updates or revisions!

Maybe a silly question, but just thought I'd ask!

As long as your copy is perfect bound and does not have any tabbed or colored inserts, any updates are very minor - you should be good to go! :D HTH!
