What levels of Dictation are in CTC and Res to Ref?

What levels of Dictation are in CTC and Res to Ref?

I need the next level of dictation than what is offered in Preparing, can someone tell me what levels of dictation are offered in both CTC and Res to Ref? Thanks so much!

CTC has levels 3, 4, 5 and RTR has levels 4, 5, 6. :D
