Rod and Staff Question

I am just wondering if the children learn how to write papers using R&S or some other way? If it is some other way, what is used and which guide does it start in? TIA

When you say 'papers,' what do you mean exactly? Sorry for the question! If you mean reports, friendly letters, how to papers, outlines/notes/papers, etc., yes - those are all covered in R & S English beautifully beginning with R & S English 4 on up. Any type of step by step writing such as this is part of R & S English. Also, beginning in PHFHG, additional writing is planned, and this post by Carrie explains that writing progression (as well as other portions of LA) very thoroughly! :D

Progression of Writing Through the Guides:

We've found this to provide a very balanced, complete approach to writing, and I have been very pleased with the results it has produced in our dc' writing ability - as well as the enjoyment of variety we have had along the way. :D HTH!
In Christ,
Julie

If I may piggyback with a question, when are paragraphs taught in R&S?

Thanks!
Kathy

R&S 3, about 2/3 to 3/4 into the book.

Paragraphs also come for the first time in unit 5 in R&S 2.
