scheduling 4 guides

Ok, I've read all the posts on scheduling multiple guides and think I have a basic handle on how to do it. I just want to run this by those of you who HAVE done it and makes sure I've thought this thru enough.
I plan on starting with my Oldest 2 that are in Res to Ref as they need the longest to get school done. Then work my way thru the rest. Here's my breakdown
8 am Teacher activities with 6th grade res to ref/ 3rd grade - independent work (math, art, extra science, lang arts, handwriting, piano)/ 1st grade and pre-k free play
8:30 Pre-k LHTH/ 1st grade start independent work or help with pre-k lessons
9:00 1st grade with Beyond/ Pre-k school boxes (fun boxes for school time only)
11:00 pe/lunch
1pm 3rd grade with Bigger/ 1st grader - independent work (me available for questions)/ pre-k nap time (Since he'll have already done math and most of the language arts and handwriting, I don't think it'll take more than an hour to hour and a half to do the rest of the boxes)
My goal is to be finished with school by 3pm for everyone. That allows me a couple of hours in the afternoon to get my chores done. I hate putting off my 3rd grader's work until after lunch, but he really needs a break from everyone else about that time and thought giving him some one-on-one time with me might help him. Plus, I can't let the younger 2 go crazy all morning or they get out of hand.
So, any thoughts?
