We started LHFHG this week

DD just turned 5 and is so eager to do school (most of the time) 
We started LHFHG this week and dd was so excited to see all her new books. We were going to start in the fall, but she was so excited when I got home with her "school" books. She grabbed them and hugged them and ran to tell Daddy! She knew exactly which books were for school and which ones for leisure! 
I also got to get DIRECT, face to face "counseling" from Julie while at the FPEA convention this past week. 
We are going to follow a 3-4 day a week schedule with her, so we can keep with our "low key" Fridays.
She did a great job and was so eager to do more and more writing etc, I got a bit nervous not to over exert her!!! Of course as I am thinking about it, this is the last time going through LHFHG for our family, so I am also trying to savor the moment.
